Quite often art schools fail to teach how to take your art and make it a career, but you can learn that knowledge and be empowered! In this workshop, we’re going beyond the basics we showcased at NIF 2025 and dive deep into different aspects of building yourself up as a self published artist from marketing, budgets and finance, business types, and more! This is a great workshop for recent grads, cartoonists early in their career, or those who need a refresher.

The talk will run for 30 to 45 minutes, with time for Q&A that will round out the presentation to an hour in length.
