NIB & INK FESTIVAL 2025
May 1st – May 31st, 2025
Welcome to the inaugural Nib and Ink Fest! We have a ton of incredible events planned for the month of May, ranging from panels on how to improve your comics craft to portfolio reviews! All streamed events are digitally broadcast live via Zoom. The Zoom rooms are moderated and free to join for EVERYONE, so hop on in to watch and interact with the panelists and your fellow viewers! If you’re unable to join via Zoom, we also have stream mirrors set up on our YouTube.
Instead of registering for events, each event’s Zoom link will open up to the public a few minutes before start time, so be sure to check each event on its date to attend!
Minicomic Awards 2025

The Minicomic Awards is an annual virtual showcase founded by cartoonists Leslie Hung and Sloane Leong that spotlights the unique, challenging, and under-recognized work in this short form medium.
Our judges for 2025 are: Barbara Benas, Ashanti Fortson, Gigi Murakami, Cam Marshall, Evan Dahm, Arpad Okay, and Madeline McGrane. Our MC this year is Starfishface!
The categories are: general fiction, general nonfiction, horror, scifi, fantasy, romance, and humor.
